The Crested Mynas do not seem to mind.

Someday I hope to make the long journey to Inaccessible Island, which is generally accomplished by traveling to Cape Town, South Africa and catching a ride on a boat to Tristan da Cunha and then inveigling a local into providing transportation over to Inaccessible Island. The parents spent several weeks transporting food to the chick that remained after losing one shortly after it hatched. During some shorebird counts he was observed there in July 2008, June 2009, June 2010 and then in 2011 he was observed back in Roebuck Bay on one occasion and also back with the main flock to the south.

In 2010 the League for Ornithological Action, a local NGO, initiated the protection of the Danube foreland , which was accepted by the authorities. All suburbs within the Pancevacki rit are serviced by Belgrade public transport, but from them, it may be 1 to 3 miles more to reach the levees.
