This has benefited both the waterfowl hunters and everyone else who likes ducks and their kin. Eventually, the pigeons, as it were, may come home to roost and the waterfowl and other wildlife, as well as hunters and bird watchers, will be sitting ducks.

It preserves habitat, protects wildlife. According to the latest (2013) report by the U.S. 2. Duck Stamp sales to non-hunters are not accurately calculated to reflect their contributions – which tends to short change the conservation goals of non-consumptive users. Is it just me, or does this make no sense?
