The mixtape covering the year 2019 would be a rather boring affair, including mostly songs by The National, with one or two by Craig Finn and Hold Steady added, as well as Avant Gardener (almost none of which were released in 2019, showing how far behind I am these days). Birding in Nanhui, Shanghai in October 2019

So, this post just shows 25 birds I spotted at Nanhui (coastal Shanghai) in October 2019. Always interesting to see the same species both in Germany (in my parents’ garden) and in Shanghai. Not that easy to spot outside of the breeding season, though relatively quite common. Sometimes I am tired of words, tired of writing.
