The snake had no puncture wounds, and was released 24 hours later. Last year, 4,000 young Peregrine Falcons swept through the Keys on their way north. KWWC captures injured, sick or orphaned wild chickens, then adopts them out to homes on the mainland. KWWC also has a thriving feral chicken sideline.
