Animals in the tri-state area are euthanized daily, rescue groups are unable to save as many lives as they wish, and animals spend years in boarding kennels while awaiting adopters to fall in love with them. Some were abused or neglected. For an adopter, it makes the process a little easier. That’s 10,000 per day on average.
