Hospice Tails is a series of true stories about my experiences with pets and patients as a hospice social worker. He was always immaculately groomed with an AKC show cut. It showed Fizzle, white fur gleaming, red bow in his topknot, sitting on the lap of a woman who, like Barb, looked as if she hadn’t lived an easy life.
