He was always immaculately groomed with an AKC show cut. I didn’t have high hopes for Fizzle’s survival, but I called animal control and learned that they had taken Fizzle to a shelter about ten miles away. I gave the shelter a call, expecting to hear the worst. Fizzle fit easily into the palm of Barb’s broad hand.
