Wolves & Eagles No Longer Endangered in Michigan?

Looking for Waterfowl in Gulf Islands National Seashore

As a duck hunter, he had seen Redheads and scaups and mergansers throughout the winter, but as I did not relish getting up at 3:30 a.m. Binoculars turned towards the water, I spotted Common Loons, Horned Grebes , and Bufflehead as we walked, Brown P elicans , a juvenile Bald Eagle, and Ring-billed Gulls soaring past us overhead.
