“Obviously the Spay, Neuter, Release program is just not working – cause where are the kittens coming from.” I realize the number of those (cats) that are caught relies on volunteers and those that are caught are spayed or neutered and returned to the community, but it still means we have a lot of cats.”.

It started with donation requests for spay and neutering cats but then quickly transferred to a trap, neuter and release organization. She captured the cats, the “mom” kitty and her kittens were all taken from their neighborhood where they were not wanted, all were fixed and then…all were released in her yard.
