The two most prolific contributors, Pat and Tom, have been sharing their birding space in Costa Rica. The beats have now contributed more checklists than birds. The population size of Storm’s Storkis frightfully small – according to Birdlife International, there are about 400 to 500 individuals, equating to about 260 to 330 mature birds.
