Biting the bullet or jumping the shark? A potential Baikal Wagtail in Germany

Alba wagtails range widely and commonly from Greenland and Spain towards the east, far and wide, to the mighty river Yenisei in Siberia. So it may turn out to be a bit of a big deal.
