I usually don't pet stray cats and dogs because I'm worried that I'll bring parvo in my house which is I have 3 cats and 1 dog. Ps: I really want to pet every strays I see but I'm also being careful with my babies at home so I did some alternative in petting a strays!!

I found a stray kitten on Friday night and was playing with it. My husband told me to not touch it, but I’ve held stay cats/dogs before and nothing has ever happened (yes he told me “I told you so”…I don’t need for you to tell me this too). Is this just cat scratch disease or could this be something worse?

At first I suspected that it were the stray cats' doing. I've heard stories about cats killing small animals for fun, although I don't know much about them because I've never had a cat myself. If it really were the cats' doing, why would they suddenly start bringing them into my yard?

Found what seems to be a fledgling sparrow, and I know you aren’t meant to move them, however the place it was at happened to be where my dog is and where stray cats seem to sneak through. We do decided to continue this way, bringing the box in at night incase of cats, but hopefully a mother bird will take it.

Has anyone, as a child, ever hurt animals like pelting stray cats and dogs with stones? And once the deed is done you start repenting your vile act. I used to do this when I was a kid. But now, I would give my life to protect them. Have done a bit of rescue volunteering in the past.
