It was playing with a cat toy and managed to get a string wrapped around its foot, and when I went to untangle him he went into crazy attack mode and bit my wrist. Eventually they cleaned out the capsule and released me, but I kept having reactions to the antibiotics and I wasn’t cleared of the infection for over a month.
