In the grand scheme of things, this is just a small town and only one person was killed due to injuries suffered. There were 23 cows killed; some had to be shot up in trees where they were stuck. Tyson looked forlorn and Samantha had moved to her Grandparents house in Nebraska, at least for now. Chaos and insulation.

Yes the funding provided by sportsmen matches and then far surpasses the 10M that you report being brought to one area of Nebraska. Tennessee found that out in January.
