This camera has snapped thousands of deer, raccoon, rabbit, squirrel, possum, coyote, turkey, fox, chipmunk, etc…….but Trail camera is set up on a mountain ridge in Morgan County, WV. but this was a first. At first I thought house cat, but legs and tail seem to stubby….and Appreciate any insight!

In New York and Chicago, they’ve been pretty mundane—a White-tailed Deer here, an Eastern Cottontail rabbit there. And of course, way too many chipmunks and squirrels and raccoons and turtles to count. We’ve got coyotes in Chicago and its suburbs, but I’ve never bumped into one in the field.

We do have a possum and a raccoon that live somewhere on the property. Lots of squirrels, chipmunks, deer, rabbits. I've heard someone saw some coyotes about a year ago but I haven't seen or heard them. None of my neighbors have cats and I'm only aware of one dog owner blocks away.
