If I told you what I spent last year doing work-wise, you probably wouldn't believe me and you'd definitely suggest I write a book about it. As for Project Treadstone, after several false starts, trapping, spaying and neutering will resume next week. At least Emily the kitty, though not at all skinny, had an uneventful year.

Poor countries with lots of trash on the streets and no spay/neuter clinics definitely have more street dogs. But I have a dark, tragic past, and I think that makes me a little more interesting than most dogs, don’t you? Street dogs aren’t someone else’s problem. Yup, I was rescued in Africa.

Your dog also needs to be spayed or neutered. Standing water is a definite danger zone, which includes water dishes left out at dog parks. There is nothing worse than an accidental pregnancy taking place at a dog park.
