Most of the lifers I saw in Denver were named after (in)famous people, so Messrs. Say, Bullock, Brewer, and Cassin will lose their English namesakes in the recently announced renaming game. At the end of last summer, I had to make a business trip to Denver, Colorado. Denver is a mile high, and the locals make a big deal of it.

The staff, also wearing prom attire, will organize games and doggy dancing and take photos of each canine couple to send home to mom and dad. The camp room at each Best Friends center is decorated for the special event with a Starry Night theme of dark blue and silver streamers, stars and a disco ball.

A revelation amongst the optics people, this piece of equipment steps up in the game and that VR makes the hobby much more interesting. Our outing on January 7th was based around chasing this winter adult male Long-tailed Duck at City Lake in the middle of Denver, CO.
