Economic headwinds could impact veterinary practices, says economic futurist

Andrew Busch, an economic futurist, consultant, and speaker, anticipates the U.S. economy bottoming out at the end of 2024 after hitting peak growth this year. However, Busch doesn’t foresee a recession, partly because of strong employment numbers. He was a keynote speaker at the 2023 AVMA Veterinary Business and Economic Forum, held virtually October 24-25.
