A few extra days on a trip can be a dangerous opportunity for my husband because I will plan something wild. On our recent trip to South Africa for the Flock to Marion Cruise with BirdLife South Africa, we had a few “days to kill” before we jumped on the cruise ship. There is not enough time to go somewhere, but there is too much time not to take advantage of it.
