[link] - Case Info: In the last week of November 2023, a dog named Oliver was brutally abused and raped to death by a man in the village of Arachova (Αράχωβα Φωκίδας) , in the Prefecture of Fokida (Fokis). Oliver had broken bones and injuries from a sharp object. Most people in Greece believe that the residents of Arachova know who the killer is and are hiding him to protect the reputation of the place.

During my vacation with friends close to Cannes in southern France, my priority was of course to catch up and spend some quality time with my friend group from university. Apart from my birding trip to the Coussouls de Crau, I couldn’t stop birding when I was outside. A highlight was spotting two Yelkouan Shearwaters with the scope from the shore.

Hello, I hope this finds you well and thank you so much for reading. This is Snowball’s story: Our childhood dog has recently fallen ill. She desperately needs a veterinarian visit starting with a consultation and possibly euthanasia and cremation. Our family is currently facing the loss of one of our close relatives, and we were not expecting to lose our dog too—not in the slightest.

Hello, I own property in Maine and recently found a dead crow half buried in my garden. Today I found another one half buried in some grass clippings. Neither has any signs of injury. I'm worried this is avian flu. Does anyone have any experience or explanations for this? We have a huge crow population and really enjoy watching them. I called the USDA and they're calling me back.

Okay guys, so my older brother who owns 2 dogs (staff, 10 years old & Pug 6 years old). he was too lazy to ever train them and is too lazy to ever even walk them. The last time they were walked was in 2022 and have not been outside other than a back garden. They are completely untrained where they treat the house as a toilet which they seem to have no issue cleaning up after they multiple times a day.

I heard that owls can only see one colour, which is blue. However, upon doing research they can see black and white, and also red in some lights. So it got me curious, what animals can only see one colour? So far, I’ve found that octopus and squid only see blue, but some sources say black and white.
