PETA was trying to get the information to find out why the university is buying cats and dogs from a West Texas animal shelter for university training or research.

I didn’t know this, but the Dalmatian Club of American mandates euthanasia of all deaf pups. This group is made up of rescues that are trained with American Sign Language and hand commands. They are then trained to become registered therapy dogs. How truly sad.
