Did you know that every year, of the 8 million dogs and cats that enter animal shelters, 3 million of these healthy and treatable pets are euthanized? Luckily, The Shelter Pet Project hopes to change this! Here is one of the great PSAs that The Shelter Pet Project has out. It is such a sad statistic.

Rock & Rawhide , a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that aims to increase adoptions for dogs and cats in shelters by providing toys and other items that serve as a form of distraction therapy, reducing the stress and noise levels. This shelter has hundreds of dogs and cats coming and going on a daily basis and need our help!
