So I put together a “carnival” (of sorts) of Feral Cat Ordinances and Issues that samples current events across the US. The practice they would have to abide by is known as “trap, neuter and release,” and it would be under Board of Health regulation. The other day, Minneapolis, Minnesota passed a feral cat ordinance.

In any event, “Cat Wars” is valuable in that it calls to attention a huge problem (set of problems, really) of which many people have, hitherto, been unaware — or ignored.
