Wolfe Creek Crater birding

We were surprised to observe Zebra Finch , because there did not appear to be any water, but they could have been accessing water on the station and coming to the crater for food. There were several sandy patches that showed evidence of small mammals, but they were no doubt nocturnal. Heading around the rim. Grevillea refracta.
