As a foster parent, you can set certain guidelines with the rescue group as to what type of animal you prefer. She was on the kill list in NYC and was pulled by A Pathway to Hope Rescue, after Rock & Rawhide advocated for her life. Fostering is a wonderful experience. They are the best ambassador for that pet.
