But as far as I can tell, nobody advocates for birders, so lands are opened to hunting and fishing , but not birding, photography, and other non-consumptive uses. Until now, it has only been open for hunters. This is the sort of issue that the ABA should have a template for comments that could be adapted for a specific site.
