This just doesn’t seem like rocket science to me. Migratory Bird Hunting Stamp (Duck Stamp) sales were at their peak in the 1970′s with 2.1 This is wonderful news right? We have heard some concerns that a new stamp may divert money from the Duck Stamp. A lot more money! Let’s look at some facts.

It was after that date that many of the great and strange animals of that island went extinct, presumably because of human hunting. Science did not let us solidify that claim.
