Not long ago, I posted a list of the 25 best National Wildlife Refuges for birding. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has published a list of NWRs that have been created or expanded with Duck Stamp funds. The list of NWRs from 80-90% is impressive as well: Anahuac NWR in Texas (80.0%), Edwin B. Aransas NWR (Texas): 42.7%.
