Finally, a cruelty suit against Feld Entertainment, which owns Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus, is coming to trial. District Court in Washington, D.C. employee, claims the defendants inhumanely and illegally mistreat their Asian elephants and have done so for decades.
