The no-kill shelter I adopted them from didn’t know too much about them except that they were found half-starved in the Jasper area after Hurricane Rita tore through areas of the east Texas coast. Juliet and Foxy, a Terrier mix and a Chow Chow/Cocker Spaniel mix, are my rescues.
