The trails that wound through woods and across meadows were wonderful and the lake, though small, is a beauty, and the entire park is just chock full of nice landscapes. The scenery is top-notch, the trails are well-maintained, and there was not a speck of litter anywhere in the preserve. Make a visit – you won’t regret it!

I can also remember the fleas they brought home to share with us and the wounds they would get from unknown sources. Litter Boxes : At least one litter box per cat, cleaned out daily. Their Indoor Cat Initiative has a ton of great information and even a DVD you can order!

We tried to sight and count the pack twice every day so that if any of the dogs got snared we’d know quickly and could get a vet in to dart them, free them and clean up the wound. Falakhe is still alive, as is the dominant male in his litter. Lithe, with a missing back leg and an anti-snare collar. I didn’t need to.
