NBC rejected PETA's Super Bowl ad because it was too sexual. Tags: vegan PETA vegetarian. You have just got to see it and judge for yourself. It's quite memorable.

I'm a vegan who thinks we shouldn't be using animals even if we change the conditions of their use. Of course there are oodles of vegetarians who mention veganism and how difficult and restricting it is, and overall I'm having a fairly disheartening experience. After all, who I am doesn't stop at vegan. Jekyll and Hyde anyone?

And that relationship usually has something to do with PeTA. But I don't want to talk about PeTA. I want to talk about why we shouldn't be using animals and that it's infinitely easier to be a vegan than it was 20 years ago. Weighing the Impact At some level, PETA’s tactics have worked. They've hijacked enough already!

I'm not saying that criticism of PETA, or any other group, isn't warranted. But when our First Amendment rights have been diminished as an activist group and we're being unfairly targeted and called "terrorists" and not afforded equal protection, it feels strange to protest against other vegans. But that's me.
