They will spay/neuter, vaccinate, tip ears and microchip , and they do not test. And what's a week at Project Treadstone without the obligatory black cat. A branch of Palm Beach County's Animal Care & Control that has been closed for a long, long time and has reopened. The cost is $25 and they will do up to 10 at a time!
