Luckily, I have a coworker who volunteers with Seattle PurebredRescue. Apparently, she had received the same email from someone else and she had contacted Seattle PurebredRescue to speak to the Lab rep for help. It morphs in dates and circumstances to make it sound like a local rescue. Why would someone do this?
