This Great Blue Heron was found up near Seattle this winter, and I was as cold as this birds looks to be! They stay here in Mexico despite the heat, and raise their families. This Song Sparrow was in the Seattle area last winter, and got so nicely framed with the local foliage.

The group turned to Seattle attorney Steve Berman, who filed the suit claiming more than half a million U.S. If the dairy companies were doing this, well, that's cold!

Rabbit Meadows is a rescue group out of Seattle. We’ve subsequently rescued feral rabbit populations from Rocky Reach Dam in Wenatchee, Seattle’s Woodland Park, and the Aqua Barn of Kent, insuring each rabbit a safe haven to live out the rest of their life at Rabbit meadows without threat of harm.

They say the tribe could raise captive birds, or accept eagle feathers or carcasses already available from a federal repository that collects birds killed by power lines or other causes. The Northern Arapaho share the Wind River Indian Reservation in central Wyoming with the Eastern Shoshone Tribe.
