That unwanted yet predictable final bit of killing cold weather was and is why most of the colorful insectivores, the true birds of summer, remained far to the south until May. It was one last rebuttal from winter before finally being pushed back to the north by the growing winds of summer.

They have had truly great success in finding loving new homes for unwanted cats and kittens. Every year they host a great event to help raise the funds that they need to continue their rescue efforts. Kitten Rescue volunteers place approximately 1,000 cats and kittens into new homes every year.

This day of fun with Hollywood flair will raise funds for seven Los Angeles animal rescues, all non-profit 501c3 organizations, who together help save thousands of animal lives. Carrie Ann Inaba, star of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars,” also returns to co-host the Race and is passionate about the cause of unwanted pets in our community.

Some pets, those who are less dependent on human interaction may not mind the new little attention sucking bundle of joy coming home but others, those who thrive on human interaction maybe thrown off their game which can result in unwanted changes in behavior.

But yet every single day in Ireland there are greyhounds all over the country been dumped into rivers with rocks tied to their little feet and their ears cut off so that they are non identifiable, this is the Irish greyhound racing industry at it's best when they no longer want the ones who are 'useless' or 'unwanted'.
