We also got an extra stop in Dallas, Texas (Hey wasn’t I just here) but again no birds could be added, unless I count the House Sparrow flying around inside the terminal. I am deeply troubled and angry that the National Institute of Health wants to move almost 200 chimpanzees from this facility to a laboratory in Texas where they may be subjected to testing. This is a matter of human compassion to prevent the further suffering of animals that have already served this species in prior experiments.

The Arenal forests are very good for this species. 140 other species : Despite the lack of a dawn chorus and rained out nocturnal birding, we still managed to identify 140 plus species. The Texas A and M Soltis Center : I was very pleased that we could once again bird this excellent site. Great food : “Yum!”
