I wonder what Americans would think if, in a Wikipedia entry, a Bald Eagle would be illustrated using a photo taken at an Albanian zoo. One of the established ways to evaluate self-cognition in animals (including humans) is the mirror test. If it is, then waterboarding should be protected as US-American culture.
