On our last visit to the grasslands of Manas we saw not one but two endangered Bengal Floricans in fifteen minutes, with a Pied Falconet thrown in for good measure! Commoner species include Bar-headed Geese , parakeets, shrikes, mynas and minivets. Kaziranga has one of the densest populations of Bengal Tiger in India.
