In the end, I opted for the Tamis River floodplain, north of Belgrade, and its fish farms, some non-operational, some selling daily angling licenses. And then things got a bit faster. Where to go?

My best bird of the weekend was a Great Black-backed Gull , a rarity in a land-locked Serbia, with less than 10 observations so far. winter waterfowling at fish farms), but always preferred to leave it behind. Could it be the same individual that I observed here last winter ? I like my equipment compact and lightweight.
