You heard it right.sheep decompression tests. It is illegal in Wisconsin to kill an animal by means of decompression. PETA and the Alliance for Animals are asking for charges to be filed against the University of Wisconsin at Madison. From the Wisconsin State Journal.

Man Convicted of Illegally Trafficking Live Deer

The deer were not tested for disease. He was transporting them across state lines from Ohio to a hunting preserve in South Carolina. He was sentenced to 21 months in prison. I hope he serves the whole term.
