In Rajasthan we stay in a beautiful tented camp in the desert where you have a very high chance of seeing leopards. We would also visit Ranthambore National Park where we hope to see more wonderful wildlife, and with luck, tiger.

My group watched this leopard walking parallel to the road, then back into the grass, and then–whooop–up a tree, where he relaxed while being watched by people in at least twenty vehicles. The leopards place their kill in a tree, protecting it from poaching by other predators.

I bought a new rucksack yesterday and the first thing I checked when I brought it home was, how easily my spotting scope with a mounted window clamp fits in – test passed with flying colours. Other wildlife includes Asian Elephant , Tiger , Leopard. What purpose rucksack did I choose? The best season is March to August.
