Inírida is the capital city of the department of Guainía in the east of Colombia, mere 25 km (15 mi) from the border with Venezuela. “A place without land access routes and only with the possibility of getting there by air or river, in a trip of 4 or 5 days by boat.”. I didn’t get it either.
